Our Return Policy
If you wish to return your online purchase, Keep our packing slip and contact us at email@example.com for instructions on how to send the merchandise back to us using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.

*All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours for all in stock items. During busy times of the year, such as Christmas, order processing time may take up to 72 hours. Large orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or a trucking company, and smaller orders will be shipped by USPS. All orders include FREE tracking so our customers may track their packages for any size order. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, therefore you must provide a street address if your order is over two pounds. While most orders are delivered to you in 5-10 days after shipping, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery because of slow mail. If you prefer a faster method of shipment, such as next day air, please let us know, We are here to serve you.
*You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
*Our suppliers do not accept returns after 6-10 days from the date the merchandise was delivered.
*Most products comes with a one year warranty, should you have a problem with the product, you will have to get in touch with the manufacturer. You should not return any product without first contacting us for a RAM return authorization number, We are not responsible for any product you return without a RAM number or any package that is lost or stolen.
*Shipping and return charges are not refundable. When returning merchandise you should insure it in case it gets lost or damage. If you received a package that is damaged, you should file a claim with the shipper.
*No refunds or exchange can be made without the original box that the merchandise was shipped in, including all instructions and anything else that was shipped with the item.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and we will make every attempt to update the Website with changes, special offers or discontinued items. However, human errors occasionally occur. In the event that a typographical error has been made on price and the actual price is higher than listed, the customer will be informed of the correct price and given the choice of whether to purchase at the correct price or cancel their selection of the item in question before any charges are made.
