If your order arrives damaged by the carrier you will have to file a claim with that carrier.

You should contact us before returning any merchandise no exception. The return address will be provided with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Do not use the item if you wish to return. Items showing any sign of having been used, having any scratches or any marks cannot be returned for refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all original material, packaging, documentation etc. or refund or exchange cannot be accepted. Customers are responsible for all RETURN shipping charges. Initial expedited shipping charges are non-refundable Return Shipping Damage: It is the customer's responsibility to insure all return shipping packages. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping and will not be accepted for return/exchange. Customer is responsible for filing claim and seeking refund from the shipping carrier for items damaged during return shipping. It is highly advised that you use a method of shipment that provides a tracking number. Refused Shipments or Return without RMA#: Refused Shipments - If you refused your order shipment, we regret to inform that we will issue a refund less a 25% handling fee and less all outbound and inbound shipping charges. Return without RMA# - No return merchandise will be refunded at any location other than the return address provided with the RMA.
